Create a pot-et-fleur design of rooted and cut plant material in a container provided by the Committee. Entrants will create a composition utilizing one quadrant of the color wheel. The container is an oval Grecian style urn measuring 10” at the widest part of the urn, 8.5” at the narrowest part, and is 9” high. Design to be displayed on a 15.5” square x 40” tall pedestal. Viewed from all sides. One entry allowed per color quadrant. Selection is on a first-come, first-served basis determined by date of registration.
