Create a crown fit for a Queen to be displayed on an 11” diameter black velvet mount. The mount, provided by the Committee, will be mailed to entrant upon registration. Crown may not exceed the diameter of the mount; no height restriction. Entry will be viewed from all sides. Please include photograph with entry.
