Create a design in a three-tiered tower container provided by the Committee. Exhibit will demonstrate vertical gardening using culturally compatible material. The planter is 16.5” tall, 13” at the widest point, and 9” at the narrowest. Minimum of three plant species required. Design to be displayed on a 15.5” square x 40” tall pedestal. Viewed from all sides.
