Create a couture gown reflecting an era of fashion design. To be crafted on an 8” miniature wooden artist model form, provided by the Committee and mailed to the entrant upon registration. The entry will be displayed on a 10” black velvet mount. Viewed from all sides and above. Judged from three sides. Include the fashion era on the statement of intent. Do not add facial features or hair or change the surface of the wooden form. Please include photograph with entry.
